One of my very favorite concepts in Human Design has to do with synchronicities or as I like to call them “quantum surprises . Those unexpected ways things turn out so much better than you could have imagined. The essence of this concept is the quote in Human Design, “Luck is what happens when you stop interfering with life,”. I feel it beautifully encapsulates what I love so much about this system and that is the transformative power of embracing Strategy and Authority. This concept ties in seamlessly with the philosophy of Human Design, where using Strategy and Authority allows for a more harmonious flow through life, paving the way for serendipitous experiences and synchronicities.
At its core, this idea revolves around trust – trust in the natural flow of life and in our innate mechanisms (inner authority) for navigating it. Human Design teaches us that each individual has a unique Strategy and Authority, which, when followed, aligns us more closely with our true selves. This alignment reduces resistance and creates a natural harmony with the unfolding of life’s events.
When we adhere to our Strategy and Authority, we cease the common practice of overthinking or forcing decisions based on fear, doubt, or societal conditioning. Our minds, often cluttered with concerns and preemptive judgments, can lead us astray from our paths. However, by stepping back and allowing our inner guidance to lead, we open ourselves to the concept of ‘divine timing’ – being in the right place at the right time.
This shift in approach transforms our perception of luck. Instead of seeing luck as a random stroke of fortune, it becomes a natural consequence of living in tune with our design. Life’s surprises and incredible synchronicities aren’t mere coincidences but the results of being aligned with our true nature and path.
In this light, luck is redefined. It becomes a testament to the beauty and perfection of the universe’s plan for us, which unfolds most gracefully when we stop trying to control every aspect of our journey. It’s about embracing the unknown with trust and openness, guided by the wisdom of our Strategy and Authority, and watching as life aligns itself in ways that often seem magical or serendipitous.
Thus, “Luck is what happens when you stop interfering with life” serves as a powerful reminder to trust in the flow of life, guided by the unique tools provided by Human Design. It’s an invitation to experience life’s richness and depth, free from the constraints of our overactive minds and societal pressures.
